Our Story
Duenas Services LLC was founded by Silvia Estrada and Ivis, a Salvadoran couple who reinvented their professional journey when arriving in the United States in search of better opportunities.
Silvia, originally a cosmetologist, entered the cleaning industry after a job recommendation. Her talent, dedication, and care for clients quickly turned into a business dream, one she later shared with Enrique. Together, they built Duenas Services, named after Silvia’s maternal surname as a tribute to her roots and identity.
With over 10 years of experience and formal training since 2015, Silvia leads a team trained in hospital‑level cleaning protocols: cross‑contamination prevention, safe chemical handling, application times, and modern sanitation practices.
